An open-source tool lets you delete 12GB of Apple Intelligence data on macOS

The open‑source command‑line utility RemoveMacAI can delete the Apple Intelligence models stored on macOS, freeing up about 12 GB of space. Apple previously offered a Settings toggle to disable the feature, but it was removed in macOS 27, leaving the models on disk. The developer explained on Reddit that the tool reproduces the former disabling option.
